Session Types
Full Day Mediation
StandardA comprehensive, full-day mediation session facilitated by Gino Brogdon Jr. Designed to allow ample time for thorough discussion, private caucuses, and joint sessions to work toward a mutually agreeable resolution. Includes 2 hours of pre-mediation preparation and 2 hours of post-mediation follow-up.
Rocket Mediation
Special RequestAn expedited, focused mediation session for parties who are close to resolution and need a streamlined process. Rocket Mediations are condensed in scope and duration, making them ideal for straightforward disputes or matters requiring urgent resolution. Available upon special request only.
Mediation Rates
Rates include a full day of mediation (6 hours) plus 2 hours of mediation preparation before and 2 hours of follow up after mediation. Any additional work is billed at $650 per party, per hour (2 parties), $550 per party, per hour (3 parties), and $500 per party, per hour (4 or more parties).
Travel Time: Contact Neutral for rates
Travel Expenses: Billed separately and split equally among the parties
Mediation Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be requested via email and include support@brogdonadr.com. The canceling party will be billed the full cancellation fee unless the Parties agree otherwise.
