Session Types

Full Day Mediation

Standard

A comprehensive, full-day mediation session facilitated by Gino Brogdon Jr. Designed to allow ample time for thorough discussion, private caucuses, and joint sessions to work toward a mutually agreeable resolution. Includes 2 hours of pre-mediation preparation and 2 hours of post-mediation follow-up.

Rocket Mediation

Special Request

An expedited, focused mediation session for parties who are close to resolution and need a streamlined process. Rocket Mediations are condensed in scope and duration, making them ideal for straightforward disputes or matters requiring urgent resolution. Available upon special request only.

Mediation Rates

3 Party$3,000.00 per party

4+ Party$2,500.00 per party

Rates include 2 hours of mediation preparation before and 2 hours of follow up after mediation. Any additional work is at $625 per hour, per party.

Travel Time: Contact Neutral for rates

Travel Expenses: Billed separately and split equally among the parties

Cancellations must be requested via email and include case manager Melissa Brogdon at support@brogdonADR.com. The canceling party will be billed the full cancellation fee unless the Parties agree otherwise.
