Case information is available to authorized staff and participants according to their access permissions. Service providers process information as needed to operate our hosting, storage, email, calendar and communication services. We may disclose information when required by law.

If you choose to receive texts from Brogdon ADR, the messages may include appointment coordination, reminders and case updates. Consent is optional and is not required to submit a scheduling or intake request.
Message frequency varies. Your carrier may charge message and data rates. Text STOP to unsubscribe; text HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details below. Consent applies to your own number; submitting another participant’s contact details does not provide their consent.
